Customer Care

At Flutter Farms, every piece is crafted with love and care — but dried flowers are naturally delicate. Their beauty comes from being real flowers, which means they aren’t indestructible.

What to Expect

  • Shedding: A little bit of shedding is normal (think of it as your flowers doing some seasonal wardrobe changes).

  • Color shifts: Over time, dried blooms may soften or deepen in tone depending on light exposure. This is part of their charm and evolution.

  • Breakage: We package each order carefully with protective layers, but occasional small breakage can happen in transit. It won’t take away from the overall beauty of your piece.

How We Care for Your Florals

We wrap, cushion, and secure each design so it arrives ready to enjoy. Every box is packed to minimize movement and protect the fragile nature of your blooms. We make every effort to deliver them to you in their best condition.

How to Care for Them at Home

  • Display indoors — dried flowers do best away from direct sunlight, moisture, and high humidity.

  • Handle gently — treat them like the delicate art they are.

  • Avoid water — no vases or spritzing needed.

  • Dust lightly — use a soft brush or a blow dryer on cool/low to refresh your piece.

With just a little care, your flowers will continue to bring joy for months — even years — to come.
